He is risen! - He is risen indeed.

I am currently doing a Bible study with seven other women, based on the book "Falling in Love with Jesus" by Kathy Troccoli and Dee Brestin. It goes deep into the meaning of learning to make Christ your Bridegroom, and is for both married and single women, though certainly men could do it as well. Christ loves the Church as a whole, but has personal relationships with each individual within the body.
I am having trouble delving into the study; it has a Disney theme throughout the book ("Someday my Prince will come", "Beauty and the Beast", etc.) and is obviously romantic, and I am uncomfortable with that sticky-sweetness. But the women who are doing this with me have been touched by it, and are developing deeper relationships with Christ, learning to make Him not only their father or Svaior, but spiritual bridegroom as well.
