In a communications course in college we had to give a series of speeches, and one of them was a how-to. One girl made "mud pie" with oreo mashed cookies, I think there was chocolate pudding...it looked just like the real thing. And you can always put the gummy worms in it for an added nuance! I don't know if that counts as health food, but... I'm trying to get back on my health kick, though. I've even cut down on *gasp!* chocolate! *WILD APPLAUSE FROM THE PEANUT GALLERY* Whitehorse bows...

Oh, you want cheap trioxane tablets? Go for The Sportsman's Guide-the very last catalog they sent out. Ultracheap in bulk. Yes-putting them in the ground saves on the esbit stove. Shaves a bit of weight off. The aluminim ones aren't that bad, but the stainless are more expensive and heavier.
Hope you enjoy CU. We've got some great people here. Feel free to also add an introduction in the newcomer's forum so everyone can say hi. May I ask how you got your screen name?

My problem with it is, if that isn't what pascha means, then it shouldn't be translated that way. God's word should always be rendered as it is. Given the number of men and committees that examined every translation of the KJV, how did this slip through?

Did this get turned into a KICK HEALTHY EATING HABITS thread? Didn't you see it coming? (its that "old, lustful flesh" showing through. Where's the beef? Well... )

Shylynne, that 's the whole idea behind Outhouse Springs. It was originally a fake advertizing campaign designed to prove the effectiveness of billboards, but so many people inquired, they started making the product, which of course is nothing more than water, which, according to the picture at the website, is yellow. But those slogans Sincereheart posted are from the site, showing the ridiculous ads they used to sell it. I can't believe it! But the hope is, if people can actually sell that stuff, anyone can go into business selling anything. As long as they do it right. That's the key, I guess.

Diablo is "devil". Yea, yea - I know, living in the shadow of Mt. Diablo (Devil Mountain) is kinda weird...
Everything around here is "Diablo" - the valley I live in, the school districts, businesses - devil this, devil that.
I used to wonder about all the references to the devil in landmarks. The devil's soupbowl, devil's mount, devil's this that and the other, an one day I was reading about one such locale which I can no longer remember, but I can probably find it. It was in a place where a battle took place, and it was a reference to all the suffering and dying of war. But a mountain, I'm not sure how that happened, but the idea of war does open up possibilities. Ollie, I've been to Lookout mountain. Very nice. Tib, I think I know what you mean. But truthfully, a goodly portion of America and all around the world would deserve that description as well, I'm afraid!
