You have my prayers.  

Before we were married my wife was kidnapped, rapped at knife point, and left naked on the side of a Texas freeway.  That was 25 years ago (we’ve been married 21 years) and she still suffers from Rape Trauma Syndrome.  I can personally relate to your feelings if only ‘second hand’.

You are not required to look this man in the eye and say anything.  If he is still the kind of person who assaulted you, your passion would be lost to him in any sort of confrontation – he just doesn’t care.  In fact, treating him as a non-entity and addressing his crime to the court rather than directly addressing him may be your best bet, as well as the biggest blow to his ego if he is still “mentally” the same person as the one who assaulted you.  (A professional mental health counselor would probably tell you the exact opposite.)  

What you can do is look the judge in the eye, and speak only to the court authority.  Speak in terms of how the offender’s actions have affected your life rather than how the offender himself has affected you.  Condemn the action, not the person – but be passionate that the action deserves the full punishment the law prescribes.  You will have the satisfaction of having an impact on the punishment for an action, without having publicly judged what may or may not be in the man’s heart now.  He DOES deserve punishment for his earthly crimes while on earth as judged by man’s laws.  God will deal with his eternal judgment according to what is in his heart.  
Take Jesus into the courtroom with you – you can’t go wrong.

a thought i had was hope he looses his life as a human and in the process he  will find jesus while in prison. mankind will be served , and god would be pleased.

I don't think God acknowledges our man-made divisions.  They are not from Him.

We who believe on the Lord Jesus Christ are saved.  We who believe we're right and everyone else is wrong most likely have issues of pride.  Do you think God favors the know-it-alls or the ones who are humble in understanding there's quite a bit they could never possibly know.

Lean on God with all of your heart, don't lean on Your own understanding.

I'm pretty sure those that lean on their own understanding aren't leaning on the right stuff.  They may be the only "unsaved" in all of the denominations, and exactly the ones who keep the denomiations from being One in Christ.  Who is it that does that carving the divisions?  The ones that know ALL their stuff is ALL right and everyone else's stuff is AAAALLLLL wrong.  There's even bloodshed over some of this stuff in other countries.  Bloodshed because some of us are SOOOOOOOO  Right and the Others of us are SOOOOOOOOO wrong.  for that there has been blood shed.  Does anyone really think that if they have to argue and hate their neighbor because they're so right and their neighbor is so wrong, do they look like they're saved?

I would be scared if I had enough pride to believe I knew it all.  I would be scared to think that I had enough understanding to hate my neighbor for being so wrong.  God doesn't call us to hate people because they're so wrong.  He calls us to love our enemies, and it makes sense that he does because among the denominations, some of us think we are enemies.

did something wrong thats no excuse for banning catholic teachings or quistion ,  how does the administration know that the catholics are not in favor with god. your treatting them the same as devil worshippers.

now on the flip side what if one wanted to find out why catholics do what they do, so one can discard or reject the religion.

how can the administration with fair and honest consion believe this is just and or christain like .

yes i do challenge administration with my ignorance but as much as some may have done something wrong , all christain religions should have a voice on this or any christain sight or they should be called baptist sight or protestan sight.
